A Whole New Way To Read

Heard Any Good Books Lately? Millions of people are answering a resounding yes to that question. And as our society is increasingly on the go, that number is growing everyday. That’s why READIO THEATRE exist! To produce the highest quality audiobooks available. And we’ve been doing that since 1988. Producer JOE LOESCH is responsible for the production of dozens of AUDIOBOOKS and has won numerous AWARDS. He was nominated Spoken Word Producer of the Year by the APA’s Audie Awards. Joe’s love of the early days of radio, combined with a passion for great audio has been a winning combination for publishers and other clients for over 20 years.

We’ve produced audiobooks for some of the most respected publishers in the business. Readio Theatre is more than a recording studio with a narrator. We’re modern day storytellers. Our team works closely with publishers on each project. We select just the right talent for NARRATION as well as CHARACTER VOICES – voices that bring the script to life. Then the real fun begins by selecting tasteful sound effects and adding the perfect SOUNDDTRACK or even POST SCORING if that’s what the project calls for.

All of this combines for a true "Theater Of The Mind" experience.

With all of this EXPERIENCE in audiobook production, the decision was made to begin developing our own products for licensing. For example, Readio Theatre has created a collection of thirty titles called “AudioBiography “, all based on American History. Each title is a one or two hour journey about a particular person or event, all based on actual accounts taken from historical documentation.
